11bdt Platform Terms and Conditions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 11bdt platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and any person who registers on or uses this platform ("Member", "you"). 11bdt is an online gaming and betting platform providing services for players in Bangladesh.

1.2 How You Accept These Terms

Completing any of the following actions means you have fully accepted these Terms:

• Creating or completing registration for an account on the 11bdt platform.
• Logging in to the platform and using any game or service.

If multiple accounts are found operating from the same IP address, device, or payment method, 11bdt reserves the right to close those accounts and hold the associated balances.

11bdt may request documents to verify a member's identity at any time. These may include:

• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account.

We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your 11bdt account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account, regardless of whether it was performed by someone else.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited using a 11bdt account:

• Any attempt to interfere with the platform's software or systems.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any other unauthorized technology.
• Manipulating game outcomes or colluding with other players to meet bonus requirements.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Any fraudulent or misleading conduct.

3.3 Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

11bdt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information during the verification process.
• Legal obligations or regulatory directives.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 11bdt platform:

• bKash — Mobile banking.
• Nagad — Mobile banking.
• Rocket — Mobile banking.
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

Only payment methods registered in the member's own name are permitted. Transactions from third-party accounts will be considered void.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The withdrawal amount must be a minimum of ৳800.
• Account verification must be complete.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• If additional verification is required, processing of the request may be delayed.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions on 11bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The member is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or charges. 11bdt is not liable for withholding or remitting any taxes.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

11bdt offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳10,000 or more and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳15,000.

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• The same member, household, family, or device may not claim a bonus more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and all winnings derived from it may be voided.
• 11bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Each promotion may have its own terms, which will be published on that offer's page.

5.3 VIP Rewards Program

11bdt operates four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your regular activity and contribution to the platform.

6.1 Game Outcomes & Technical Errors

All games on 11bdt use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring every outcome is entirely independent and impartial. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, 11bdt follows a policy of refunding the bet amount, though each incident will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6.2 Betting Rules

The following rules apply in the sports betting section:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except in special circumstances).
• 11bdt reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.
• The right to review bets is reserved in cases of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• If the outcome of an event is altered due to match-fixing or irregularities, 11bdt reserves the right to void that bet.

6.3 Payment of Winnings

All valid winnings will be added to the member's balance. However, 11bdt reserves the right to recover any amount incorrectly credited due to a technical error or human mistake. The member will be notified in such circumstances.
